Are you often overwhelmed
with all of the youth resources that are available and don't
know where to begin? Check out this new website created by
participants of the course, Youth Ministry Resources taught
at Chicago Theological Seminary. The participants evaluate
several youth resources according to theological orientation,
educational perspective, teaching methods, assumed group dynamics
and the reviewer's own assessment.

A study guide for youth
groups and campus ministries on Same Gender Marriage is offered
by the Youth and Young Adult Program of the United Church
of Christ Coalition for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender
Concerns. Pastors may also find this to be a helpful resource
for adults. The Coalition offers this resource for a suggested
donation of $15-40 for those who use this resource.

Do you have youth who
are feeling God's call to be a minister? The United Church
of Christ has developed a new website that can offer these
youth some help. This website will lead youth (and adults)
to resources to address the many questions they may have about
ministry. One section gives information about the seminaries
of the United Church of Christ and those historically related,
with links to scholarship information.
Do
you know of a website that others would find useful?
E-mail Cindy Bolton and we'll check it out before posting to the MACUCC site.
