a missionary come to your church can be an exciting opportunity
to educate the congregation about what's happening in Global
Ministries. You'll learn about the country where the missionary
serves and about issues facing the people of that country.
Mark
has served with Global Ministries for 19 years. He serves
with the Lesotho Evangelical Church. Mark is teaching mathematics
and religion at Masitise High School. One of Mark's main extracurricular
activities has been coaching the boy's basketball team and
being involved with Scripture Union. SU is an international,
interdenominational Christian youth organization and has chapters
at primary and high schools in Lesotho. The main focus of
SU is to encourage students to participate in Bible study
and daily Bible reading and prayer.
