Associate Conference Minister Position AvailableThe Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ is seeking a half-time Associate Conference Minister to join our talented team of 8 ACMs, support staff, and Conference Minister as we live our way into a new understanding of the role of the Conference in promoting vitality and the covenant among our 400 churches. The half-time ACM will have regional responsibility for churches and pastors in our two Northeast Associations. We seek an entrepreneurial minister who is called to serve as an agent of transformation. This person will contribute their wisdom and creativity as part of a team seeking to build a culture of pastoral excellence.
