Lunch and Snacks:
Full day and afternoon campers should bring lunch every day. Campers are encouraged by the staff to drink to plenty of water. We recommend that your child bring a water bottle; although water is always available. Milk is provided with lunch. Morning campers go home for lunch. Popsicles are available every afternoon for campers. A morning snack is offered to campers age 6 and under.
Transportation:
Van transportation to and from camp is available in the Framingham and Natick area only for campers who are enrolled in the full day program. Campers are picked up and dropped off at their homes. Enrollment is arranged on a round-trip basis only for two-week sessions. Arrangements must be made by April 1st to assure a place on the van.
Towels:
Towels are provided with each swim period for the younger units. You will be notified as to which unit your child is in prior to camp. Older children should bring their own towels.
Enrollments:
Enrollments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are dated in the order they are received by this office. PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE RETURN ENVELOPE. Applications that are not received by mail will be placed with the following day’s mail. Camper placement is at the judgement of the director and registrar. Camp fills quickly, so we suggest you register early!
Registration and Payment:
After applications are processed, parents will receive a confirmation in the form of an invoice. This is the only bill you will receive unless there are extenuating circumstances. Payment in full is due by May 20th to confirm enrollment.There is a $20 fee for checks returned by the bank.
Please retain your invoice(s) for child care and tax purposes.
Safety Requirements:
Flip-flops are not allowed at camp. Campers must wear sneakers or sandals with backs.
Health Requirements:
You will receive a health form along with your acknowledgment. It is extremely important that you carefully adhere to the state mandated requirements which will be enclosed with your form. May 20th is the deadline for submitting health forms to camp in order to insure your child will attend camp.
